ltrvisathailand.net is an information site about Thailand's Long-Term Resident visa, run by an independent team of visa consultants. We are not the Board of Investment, an embassy or Thai immigration. Whatever you submit here comes to our team only.
Data you give us
The request form asks for a name and a phone number; email and a short note are optional. We also see which page the request came from. A hidden trap field stops bots; a person filling in the form never sees it.
How a request travels
A server function at our hosting provider checks the required fields and forwards the request to a private Telegram chat of our team. The site itself keeps no copy. Our host records routine server logs, IP addresses included, under its own terms.
What we use it for
To answer you and talk through your LTR case, nothing else: no resale, no newsletters, no hand-over to the BOI. If you go ahead with an application, the BOI forms are completed together with you and submitted under the BOI's rules.
Statistics and cookies
If statistics are enabled, page views are measured by Yandex Metrica and by Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, both of which set cookies. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and nothing loads until they agree; the answer is stored in your browser. Apart from these tools the site sets no cookies.
Retention
We keep a conversation while your case is open. When it is closed or no longer needed we delete it, and we delete it at once if you ask.
Your rights
